Transport:Easy

Leeds, UK, is quite navigable for solo female travelers. It's a compact city with much of the central area pedestrianized, making it easy to explore on foot. Public transportation, such as buses and trains, are also reliable and they cover significant areas. However, rural areas can be slightly challenging to reach without personal transport. The city is relatively safe, with locals often eager to help should you lose your way.

Is Leeds worth visiting?

Solo travel experience

Stayed in the city centre area, so everything is just convenient! Felt safe 100%! Was walking back to my hotel at about 2am and the streets were silent but the city lights were still on, I guess that the choice of hostel/hotel in the city centre helped with that :) You can go anywhere by just walking, they have a lot of stores, so I was mainly shopping for myself + souvenirs :)
