About Me

Hi there:)  It's Julia and Nadine, two adventurous women who are passionate about traveling and meeting new people and cultures. Our shared passion for exploring the world has made us not only reliable travel partners but also close friends. We are both from Bolzano, a small city in northern Italy. Although we might not be able to offer you to stay the night, we still would love to spend the best time with you or show you around when you are visiting Bolzano:)  A year ago, we came up with the idea of a road trip, and somehow we made it! Soo the next few weeks, we are traveling Europe. We plan to visit Strasbourg, Cologne, Brussels, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Hamburg, Berlin, Prague, Budapest, and Ljubljana. Since we're traveling by car, we'd be grateful for any opportunities to stay the night in, but if you're up for meeting new people, showing us around, chilling, eating or going out, or maybe also traveling alongside us, feel free to contact us:) We believe in the beauty of cultural diversity and that sharing experience makes the world a better place. We want to help each other travel safely and comfortably and look forward to the opportunity to meet other great women and be welcomed into their cities. But first, a few words about ourselves: Nadine is the adventurer in our group (the short-haired girl) always looking for new exciting challenges and activities. She loves to taste local cuisine and discover the hidden treasures of a place. She's clever, open-minded, and outgoing. While not traveling, she loves being with her friends, and her dog Charlie, or exploring new places. Still, you can spot her home sometimes, either trying out new hair colors or reading a lot of books.  I, Julia, am the explorer in our group (the long-haired girl). I've got the eye for the cultural aspects of any travel destination and love to immerse myself in a country's traditions, customs, or history. But as a history nerd, I still love to do other things as well, such as reading, listening to music, ballet or simply being with my friends. I love being creative, coming up with crazy ideas, and cooking (Nadine and I make great pasta dishes;)).  We are looking forward to many great encounters and inspiring moments with you:)
