Some parts of it like the far western or eastern part could be bit dark and unsafe but city centre is pretty ok. Also, near the central station is very busy and sometimes there are aggressive beggars or addicts, but I haven't experienced any bad situation yet.

I’m living a bit outside the city center. It’s very safe there, and there’s almost no crime. In the city center, however, it’s a bit less safe. If you go out during the day, you don’t have to worry. At night, you should try to go in a group or tay in public and crowded areas
