Is Canmore worth visiting?

Family travel experience

Canmore is absolutely beautiful and it’s a place I’d love to go back to. Felt very safe traveling there with my children. The food however is expensive at restaurants, and the portions are on the smaller side at a couple of the restaurants so wasn’t as ideal to feed a family. There is a Safeway there where we purchased snacks to help lesson the food cost. Very close to so many beautiful locations. Took a raft ride down the river, and lots to do within a short driving distance. Banff, lake Louise, waterfall hike in Johnson Canyon is well worth an afternoon.
