Relevantly safe there. A lot of surfers from Europe. I went there for a surfing camp staying there for 10 days with breakfast and lunch , and an instructor covered only £400ish. Lots of surfing camps to choose around that area. Locals are mostly kind and the buildings there are super colourful. There were loads of cats running everywhere although they were all skinny Love the fantastic seaside. It’s a small town and not many bars or restaurants. All existing commercial is basically targeting the travellers. Will update this in the future

I’m an easygoing and respectful traveler who values the opportunity to stay in someone’s home. I’m mindful of boundaries and make an effort to keep spaces tidy and organized. I enjoy meeting new people, exchanging ideas, and learning about different cultures and lifestyles, but I’m also happy to give my hosts their space if they prefer. I’m independent and adaptable, always willing to contribute in small ways, whether that’s helping with something around the house or simply being a considerate guest. Traveling is about more than just seeing places for me—it’s about meaningful connections and experiences. I appreciate anyone willing to share their home and trust, and I approach every stay with gratitude and respect.
