I did a semi-solo trip to Morocco and honestly, it was a mix of nerves and magic. I started with a FlixBus from Lyon to Marseille, then headed to Agadir, Taghazout, and Marrakesh. I was anxious at first — Morocco has a reputation for scams and cash-only places, but speaking some Arabic helped a lot. I went during Ramadan, which made the experience even more special. Locals were super friendly and open to sharing stories and meals. The souks can be intense (and yes, scammy), especially taxis — you have to bargain if you don’t look Moroccan. But I stayed in super affordable hostels, met great people, and my friend surfed while I explored. It was just 4 days, but I’d definitely go back!

I was on a surfcamp and it was amzing. Taghazout is the best place where I was in my all life. I felt safe there. Food's prices are not expensive, for example one fresh Orange juice its only 1 euro. In Tanghazout are lots of people from every country so you can really feel safe there.

So Taghazout is a surfing place it’s a very small village by the sea all the houses are by the sea it’s so calm so safe so nice the food is amazing there is a lots of tourist everyone is nice the food is great they have also alcohol for those who like to drink. You do kit need a car when you’re there unless you want to see around the area which is also great. And if you go there make sure to visit Essaouira you will love it there also. Time goes so slow there from how peaceful and joyful the place is.
