I loved Santorini - I hiked from Fira to Oia and took a boat trip to the volcano, hot springs, and then watched the sunset. I felt very safe.Posted: May 22, 2023
Santorini is very safe and the locals are really nice. I spent most of my time in Thira and a few nights in Oia. I loved staying in Thira, things were cheaper and it was very easy to get to Oia for sunset and to the red beach on the other side of the island. I rented an ATV and felt like I had a lot of freedom. I rented it through my hotel. I quickly got used to the island and felt very safe.Posted: April 11, 2023
Santorini is very safe, but a bit too expensive compared to other islands. I didn't like living in Perissa, but it was okay. I did a hiking trail from Fira to Oia and one from Perissa to Ancient Thera. I would recommend both. Oia at sunset is chaos. I preferred the town of Fira.Posted: April 11, 2023
Santorini was one of my favorite places! The views, the food, the people, and the beaches. We spent most of our time in Santorini and one full day in Athens. My daughter and I felt very safe.Posted: November 29, 2022
