Is Drama Safe for Solo Female Travelers?

Had a lovely encounter with a local who showed us around and answered all of our questions patiently. Drama is way more worth a visit than Thessaloniki or Kavala: less tourists, more historic sites and low-priced accommodations.

My city is safe; a woman can walk alone in the alleys even in the night without fear of being bothered. Of course crime can occur, but it usually doesn’t exceed about 5–7%. It’s a small city, the chances are really low.

Drama is a small town, very quite. Is habitted mostly by children and middle aged people. Young people prefer bigger cities, since they can have better job prospects. Drama has a really unique park with natural water rivers and beautiful countryside. It also has many cafe/bars according to its size.
