I grew up in Zaisertshofen and here happens nothing besides the big Carneval festival and sometimes a village party. 
It's not dangerous here or anything because barely 1200 people are living here. 
I feel save and if you choose to travel to this little village I would recommend to bring groceries with you because we have only a small shop which only is open from 6 to 12.
