It's very quite and you rarely hear anything about it. It's a small city in Saarland, and it has very nice views overall. I love walking here because there is so many places you can go to and you wouldn't even realise how far you've come walking because you'd get distracted with your thoughts and all that. I haven't seen much though here, I usually fo to the big city, Saarbrücken, which is ~10 mins away with the train, also pretty safe, maybe just be aware at night of the train station area.
