I would describe Villingen-Schwenningen as a very safe place. We don’t have much crime and I personally feel very safe here, even walking around at night time. But there are spots I’d avoid alone at night time such as the Färberstraße in Villingen. I’m not much in Schwenningen but it’s a bit of a weird place so I’d rather stay in Villingen if I was you.

I thing Villingen-Schwenningen is save. It is just a small town, so there is not very much of everything, not much Stores, not much activity’s, not much criminality,… I think you should be careful but not as much as in bigger city’s like Berlin or Stuttgart.

It is a small town with a good public transport connection. To every time I feel save when I go on walks or do shopping in the centre. All streets are clean and I didn't give any a feeling to be worried about my safety when I am alone.
