Is Solingen safe for solo female travelers?

I never had bad experiences here, i guess its safe, when you are at the right spots. We have a lot of beautiful spots to go out for a walk and i life in an very safe area in this city. The people arent that polite, but all in all i like living here

Solingen is a pretty safe City. Of course, as a women I'm still worried somethkng night happen, especially at night, but those are just the day to day worries that i have, despite my location. There are very few incidence regarding safety in Solingen and if there are, the public reacts to them mostly very progrrssive

I actually feel quite safe in Solingen. I've never had any problems with being sexually assaulted or even attacked. It probably depends on the exact place you are in Solingen, you should for example not hang around at the central train station or in some forest alone at night but in general it's a pretty safe city.
