Saarbrücken, our state capital located just 10 km away, has an average overall safety level. In contrast, the small village of Bliesransbach – part of the nearby municipality of Kleinblittersdorf – is a very safe and peaceful place.

I'd say it's a pretty safe city, I've never felt threatened in the slightest. I routinely walk around alone and at night. The city center is usually lively, especially on the weekends. I have heard of bikes getting stolen but it hasn't happened to me. But please keep in mind that I'm a white woman from Germany and can only speak to that specific experience

Hello! I'm Lia. I'm a 23 year old law student. My passions include feminism, veganism, learning about new cultures and LGBTQ+ rights. I want to make new friends via travelling and have a great time! :) I'm a bit introverted, so I prefer meeting people who are a bit more extroverted. But I would say that I get along with everyone! ☺️
