Rosenheim is very generally safe, still I'd recommend common safety rules (i.e. not walking through a park alone at night etc.) Be aware that during "Herbstfest" (kind of like a small Oktoberfest) there can be a lot of (drunk) people around the festival area.
Posted: June 14, 2026Don’t get it mixed up with Rosenheim in Bavaria, my Rosenheim is a small village between Siegen and Cologne and its perfectly safe, nothing ever happend here and we only have around 800 people living here, so if you’re looking for a very quite natural place you’re probably right here!
Posted: December 25, 2025Rosenheim is a safety city, but you can never tell which guys are out there. So it’s not to 100% safe. Complete Germany is safe. You hear sometimes horror stories but it’s luckly always far away. And of course always the train stations and little streets in the night aren’t not that safe.
Posted: December 27, 2024In Rosenheim, everything is really safe. As a woman though, I would not recommend walking Home at Night, if its too far, by bike its no problem at all. Except of really few cases, people are really Kind and caring, of you need help
Posted: October 19, 2024Based on reports from women living in Rosenheim, we created a safety map highlighting areas where they feel unsafe during the day or at night.
