Neustadt offers different historical places. It's quite the quiet city but during the evening it gets more traffic. Lot's of cute cafes and shopping possibilities. You can walk around the city without any worries. Friendly people if you do need help.

A lot of villages that make up a city. In each communes, everybody knows pretty much everybody, except in the main city. Would not recommend going out after 24.00 unless theres a festival, mainly because the city barely has a night life. Lots of older people
