Mannheim is generally a safe city for solo female travelers. Most areas are very safe and people are usually friendly and helpful. Like anywhere, you'll want to be mindful of your surroundings, especially during the night or in less crowded areas. Mannheim is like okay context of safety. The crime rates are kinda high but there are some places like innenstadt and jungbusch where its not too safe for alone girls at night especially at weekends. You'll find a lot of junkies in those areas . So just stay around the places where you can see some people a nearby.

Mannheim is, overall, a safe city. I just wouldn't stay alone at night at the Central station or near the HBF (central station) like most cities in Germany, but in the daytime, I never had any problems

i would say it is safe enough during the day. you can explore the places you want to, with no danger. but at night especially after 9pm it would be a lot better if you do not wander around all alone.

It is not generally unsafe but there are strange people sometimes, in the center as well as the “nightlife district” Jungbusch. Be careful at night, maybe take a taxi to get home if you are alone. Probably like any other bigger German city.

About me

Hii girls🩷 I'm Ania. I'm from Poland but I currently live in Germany. I love traveling and meeting new people. During my travels I enjoy getting to know local people and discovering a country from its roots rather than just the tourist spots. I'm a very open person always eager to try new things, taste new foods, experience new things, and meet new people... I’d be happy to invite you to my place as well😉 P.S I’m new here🤠🌟
