Kehl is not a really comfortable place for women to walk around at night alone, but I personally never experienced any incidents luckily. I often walk home from the train station when it is already dark (about 20min walk through the city) and even though you might see people that look creepy, you will most likely get home safely. There are men/drunk people behaving shitty in public transport sometimes.
