My hometown is definitely very safe. It’s a big city with a high quality of life, offering plenty of opportunities while feeling secure and welcoming. There are lots of internationals due to our UN Campus and our huge University.

Honestly it really depends on where you’re staying in Bonn. I usually wouldn’t recommend to go to Godesberg at the evenings since there seem to be men always lurking around the corner and they just stare at you. Overall I would say Bonn is a safe place to stay but Godesberg is a part of it that I would not like to recommend.
