About me

Just a girl in Berlin with the dream of seeing beauty, be it in nature, in people or in their art. I recently moved to Berlin and started a life from scratch for the second time. I am currently doing my PhD, and balancing it with so many side quests (this girl got too many interests hahah)! I am a big fan of girlhood and am very much interested in meeting people, hearing their stories, sharing mine and making friends along the way. 🩷

About me

My name is Aneta, Polish living for 15 years in Germany, Berlin and quite well travelled :) I enjoy walking endlessly but hate to jog :D I love tea, Korean food, movies with happy endings, sunny weather, taking paparazzi pictures of cats 🤩. In my free time I dance, play video games, cook and sing karaoke 🎤 I speak English, Germany, Polish and Spanish and I love asking locals for advice or recommendations ;) Failed miserable on: playing guitar, meditation and romantic relationships :D non-smoker and not drinking much but addicted to tea 🍵. On cola & chips detox due to significant overuse 😁🤦🏼‍♀️ I am very talkative, extraverted and love to share travel experiences with people.

About me

At the end of August, I'm finishing my mechanical engineering degree 🎉 And to mark the start of this new chapter, I'm setting off on the trip I've been dreaming about: solo backpacking from Berlin through the Balkans, Turkey, and the Caucasus, into Central Asia, before flying onward to Southeast Asia to trade the winter cold for warmth. This will be my longest solo trip yet (3-5 months), and while I've backpacked before, doing this alone - camping, backpacking, figuring things out as I go - is new territory for me. Beyond the adventure itself, this trip means a lot to me personally. It's a chance for some real self-discovery, and I have a feeling it's exactly what I need right now. 🌌 That's why I'm here: I'd love to connect with people who know these regions, whether you've traveled the Pamir Highway, hitchhiked through the Balkans, or lived in Central Asia and have insight to share. I'm especially interested in: - Practical advice on regions I haven't traveled before (Caucasus, Central Asia) - Honest tips on solo female travel - what worked, what didn't - The possibility of teaming up for a stretch of the route, if our timing and direction line up I'm not looking to plan every detail before I go, I like leaving room for spontaneity. But I'd rather learn from people who've done it than figure everything out the hard way. If you've got stories, warnings, recommendations, or just want to swap plans, I'd love to hear from you ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

About me

Hey You! Im 36 years old, queer and mother of an adult human 🥹 (he is 21 now). So I think that might say a lot about me. Kidding: I’m a person that loves connection. I have grown my son, I have a lot of sisters and I’m part of a big choir. I don’t have a lot of friends but the hand full of them are based on growing together, learning, enjoying, be part of each others lives. It’s a great feeling to create something together. I’m a relationship kind of person (not only in a romantic way). Friendship/Relationships means a lot to me. I value the small things - time, rainy days in the summer, kindness, a good song, unreasonable things…

Is Berlin safe for female travelers?

Group travel

Berlin was fun. We didn’t get in to Berghain (lol) but we did our own tour of the city and the vibes were great. Public transportation is very easy and convenient. Very diverse food options. Great rave venues - I would love to go back and let loose again!
