Hello! :) I am dual student and study economics with the specification on digitalisation. I like to do bike tours in the nature and when the weather is bad I like to do cooking with friends or to do creativity things like painting with them. It is so interesting to meet new people from all over the world and I did some Couchsurfing trips. Currently I learn French. So when somebody is here who speaks french wants to connect? :D

Hi 🌞 I’m a German student doing an internship in Norway this summer. I am looking for opportunities to meet locals or other travelers in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

Hi!, My name is Katharina. I am 20 years old and I am studying social Work in Germany. When I am on holidays I love to travel and meet new people on my journeys. After I graduated high-school I went for a one year journey to Finland. It was a great experience to get to know locals and learn about the culture of the country. After that I always wanted to have those kind of experiences again when I am travelling. So I am always interested in meeting new people when I am on my journeys. I am an open person and I love to meet people but I would describe myself also like a little bit shy. I am a calm person and besides the big adventures I also like to just drink a cup of tee and relax. I'm interested in backpacking, camping, culture, events, hiking, nightlife, swimming, writing and sunbathing. Especially I love music. Listening to it and sometimes try to do it myself :)

I love Berlin and all its vibe, we were a group of 3 girls and we had no problems at any time regarding insecurity Maybe at night I wouldn't go back alone, we went to KitKat and the atmosphere was great and totally liberal and safe. I will repeat the trip to Berlin in the summer because I fell in love with this city.

My friend and I did a 5 day trip to Berlin to see Sabrina Carpenter and here’s how our experience of the city was! What we did: Activities: Berlin Zoo, Dungeon Sights: Bradenburg Gate, Reichstag Building, Holocaust Memorial, Checkpoint Charlie, Berlin Dom, Museum Island, Berlin Wall, East Side Gallery, RAW-Gelände ⭐️ Recommendations: + We really liked all the places I just listed! + Museum Island was so pretty, I could have soent all day just walking around the area and all the gorgeous buildings! A picnic in sunset would be beautiful there + The Zoo was super nice, especially to my friend who had never bene to one! - RAW-Gelände seemed cooler on TikTok, but might be that we just visited at a bad time! 🛏️ Accommodation: We stayed at the a&o Hostel Mitte, which was rather good for the price we paid! The location was quite nice, between city centre and East Side Gallery, just a 10min walk away from Ostbahnhof station. The hostel was huge and had a lot of school kids so was a bit noisy at times and not perhaps on the cleanest side - but not gonna complain for the 13€/night we paid! 🚗 Getting around: During the 5 days that we stayed, there was a public transport strike for 2 days so we had to take Ubers more than we would have wanted to! The oublic transportation seemed really good otherwise, and getting tickets from the BVG app was easy. We took the day ticket (24 Stunden) twice, and it was 12,30€ so jot too bad at all! Ubers were roughly 10-12€ for the short rides we took. Also used the scooters at some point, big recommendation for them too! 💸 Budget: In total I spent around 300€ so roughly 60€/day, including accommodation, transportation, food, sights and shopping. Accommodation: 13€/night in a hostel Public transport: roughly 2-20€ day Food: 15-35€/day Activities: 40€ total (excluding the concert lol) 🚨Safety: We both felt quite safe even walking at night. Our hostel was located near KitKat and Tresot which was supposed to be sketchier area (at least according to the hostel reviews lol) but we didn’t feel unsafe. Overall tips: • Carry some cash with you as some stores and restaurants might mot accept card payments! • If you are planning on going to museums or doing activities etc, book in advance! You might save money, and some places are booked out fast! We for example weren’t able to go in the Reichstag Building without booking days in advance. • Take pics in the Photoautomats! The city has photobooths everywhere, definitely get some photos as a memory. We paid 3-5€ for a set of 4 pics :)

Due to my job I will sometimes have job Meetings in different citys in germany and I'm always looking for a new opportunity to meet up with new people :) I like all things Art and Music, I love going to concerts or Artgallerys, going to the movies or just hanging in a bar or café with a nice beer. I'm also down for a night of clubbing. Since I work at a club you might get a free beer on a visit :D This year I also wanna solo travel a bit more and hopefully explore some new places in europe.
