Hi, my name's Inas. I'm 21 years old and currently live in Cologne, where I'm pursuing a law degree at the University of Cologne. I'm yazidi, originally from Kuridistan, so I speak Kurdish as my mother tongue. I grew up in a community-centric society, so I appreciate community values a lot, which for me basically means taking care of each other. That's what this app is promoting, so that along with my wish to see new places and meet new people is why I'm on it. I'm very social and get along with most people. It's important to me though that the people around me are open-minded and tolerant, especially when it comes to human rights (which include the right of immigrants and LGBTQIA+). Right now, I live in a shared apartment at the heart of Cologne (Germany). I felt safe in cologne. It was a nice experience and I visit a lot of bars. I met a lot of new people. And I had a great time there. There were a lot of good vegan restaurants. Most of the time I felt very safe

Cologne is a very touristy city. Consider your travel date if you want to avoid the crowds. During my short one-day trip, I visited the Lindt Chocolate Museum, the Cologne Cathedral, which you can't miss, and the shopping streets. I recommend heading away from the city center if you want to feel more immersed in the city.
