Hi, I am Miriam What should I say? Haven't described myself in a long time :) I try... I like nature although I live in the city. Especially lakes and woods. Doing music with other people is really a great way to communicate without words. I am dancing Forró. It's a brazilian dance. Therefore I often go to festivals in different places. Other from that I do different sports, like meeting people especially in nice places. Because often then there are also nice and open people 🙃 Sometimes I need time for myself. Then I watch series or I go for a hike. Or I try to read more. Which works sometimes better, sometimes less good 😊 So, that's it for the start.

Hello ^^ I’m Daniela ( but please call me Dani) , I’m from Colombia . I’m 24 years . I’m currently living in München . I’d like to meet this country and understand the history behind every mountain , building, and living being 🤍. Also , trying to write about me is kinda challenging at the moment, I’ve been trying to change my mindset and everything around me however, I am such a good human being. Some facts about me: 1. I like to listen the rain while I am reading poetry . Currently my favorite one is : “ Aquí. Hoy . By: Jorge Luis Borges “ ( although I don’t like the lack of inclusive language) . 2. I prefer hot chocolate over coffee . 3. I love plants but I have no idea about plants ( for real , I let my first Cactus died, I have to prepare his funeral :( ) . 4. The ocean has my heart. 5. 99.9 % of me is oatmeal + oatmeal. 6. My English is a cutie shitty. 7. Quiero bailar con lo desconocido. Ps: I wish you a kinder sea 🤍.

Hi I am Maria. I am Greek (Athenian), but I have been studying in Munich since 2020. I am super curious to learn about other peoples cultures and their traditions. That’s why I like to travel as a “local” not a tourist, especially since tourism has a lot of negative sides to it when it comes to social and environmental justice. I am very crafty and love art! I have a shared atelier space in Munich. I have finished my degree in Political Sciences and am currently finishing my degree in Philosophy. My focus in my studies and at work are on ethics, sustainability, the environment, and feminism. I love the outdoors, I am a skier and an advanced Padi diver. Taking a walk in nature while drinking a coffee and going to a Pilates class or crafty workshop sounds like the dream :) I am also a singer, with the occasional performance, but mostly I love to jam! I have traveled my fair share until now. I prefer traveling by bus or train and have discovered ecotourism as a concept that speaks to me. If you relate I am happy to plan a trip together! Or visit each other :)

Based on 22 experiences
Great parks to visit and the summer is even better. I loved the boat place on the bridge (do not remember the name). Architecture and streets are great for all day strolling around. Plus Christmas markets are really getting you in the mood!
Posted: February 18, 2025I felt extremely safe, munich is a very safe city except for the Oktoberfest time because of all the tourists which are usually very drunk and act stupidly, other than that i felt very safe i took the U-ban (metro) alone everywhere. German food, in general, isn't that great. They have hood bread, tho. I recommend going to the BMW museum (if u like cars), the Olympia park, Marienplatz, Englischer Garten, Eisbachwelle (surfers wave), Hofgarten. And if u like hiking, there is Neuschwanstein castle and Marienbrücke (not exactly IN the city). If u want to experience the Oktoberfest vibes but don't like the crowds (which there are a lot of) (it's very overcrowded), i recommend going in mid april and attending the Frühlingsfest which is the same but not as well known so less people and more fun. I think it lasts about 2 weeks.
