I think Harrisburg is quite safe city... sometimes I walked to store nearby..but boring city..I would not recommend To visit Harrisburg for travel, but Harrisburg is close to Hersey if you're interest to visit the theme park during spring-fall....

I love to take photo, and being in the photo too.. and visit some tourist place would be fun... Fyi : I don't go to clubs
