Rabat is a very safe city. I have been living there for about 5 years and I never encounter a bad experience that is dangerous. However, be careful when going out to party at night. There are creeps everywhere and rabat is no exception.
Posted: July 20, 2024It's usually safe during the day. Be aware of your belongings when you are in crowded places. If I go out at night I get cautious about using my phone out especially in empty streets. And it's better to avoid medina streets during night.

Rabat which the capital of morocco is actually an expansive city compared to other ones in morocco, the accommodation is expensive if you want a nice neighborhood, the food is really great if you know where to go and I realllyy recommend TAKOTAK (they have THE best burgers ever), as for safety it depends on the places you go to like every city there are good and bad ones

Last summer my friends and i visited rabat, a morocan city near the coast. From my guest mother i learned what it truly means to speack from the heart, and altho we didn‘t share a common language, we shared our humor and caringness. Rabat is a city full of lovely people, street bazars and exiting places.
