Casablanca is just like all the big cities in the world, there are places where you can feel comfortable and other places where you have to be careful, which I find somewhat normal. You can compare it to Paris or Barcelona, where there are places where I could feel safe and other places where I would be very cautious.
Posted: January 25, 2025Very cool city… i live here for 5 years i’ve never been robbed or something just you should: Stay awake all time and don’t use a lot your phone in streets Take tramway or busway or taxi instead of bus Don’t go to unsafe areas Welcome anytime
Posted: January 25, 2025Casablanca is separate to two parts first part is the public places here where you can be a little bit worried about your safety the second part is the private places and here almost time u can consider ur self that u are safe
Posted: January 15, 2025Casablanca is the biggest city in the country to which people travel from all over the country to work or study, so basically it is diverse and full, i would rate it to be 70% safe, but overall women should be more aware especially in empty places and at night.
Posted: January 4, 2025Casablanca is a safe place but you have to stay careful 🩷 for foreigners, they might try to fraud you so you need company so you can be able to pay the real amount not more such as public transportation and food snacks
Posted: December 31, 2024Its not very safe just like common big cities barcelona paris… its not like a jungle where criminals are everywhere but its better to keep an eye on ur phone and ur things and avoid empty places and u ll be fine
Posted: December 29, 2024To be Fair enough if you are taking ubers or taxis its alright but waiting or walking in the streets at night is a little bit more dangerous and also that’s it. That’s all I can say. I don’t have anything in mind.
Posted: December 25, 2024Casablanca is generally safe for tourists, especially during the day. Avoid isolated areas at night, watch out for pickpockets in crowded places, and use official taxis. Stay cautious with street vendors and unsolicited help to avoid scams.
Posted: December 5, 2024It depends on the neighborhood. For example, Maarif, Ain Diab, and malls are safe. However, walking alone late at night is not particularly safe. But overall, Casawis are cool and helpful. You should just be careful when using your phone in the streets.

My recent vacation to Casablanca was absolutely amazing. Visiting my aunt allowed me to immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere of the city. Each day was filled with new adventures as I explored different places with my cousins, soaking in the stunning views and lively ambiance. Casablanca, especially during the summer, pulsates with energy and excitement. The city's bustling streets are lined with countless restaurants offering delicious cuisine, and the modern architecture, particularly in the new economic area, is truly fascinating. It almost feels like being in New York City with its towering buildings and bustling streets. I particularly enjoyed spending time at the Morocco Mall, indulging in snacks, watching movies, and taking leisurely strolls along the beach. A trip to the cinema added to the memorable experience. Casablanca has a charm unlike any other city, and I would gladly relive this adventure again. It's a place that truly leaves a lasting impression and feels like a world of its own !

Casablanca was the only city in Morocco where I felt uncomfortable and, at times, unsafe. When I was alone on the street for a few moments without my partner, a man showed up and followed me, and only disappeared once my partner came back. In Cafes, I was ignored by the staff, even though I was the one speaking French, thus normally doing the ordering. The mosque is indeed very beautiful, but overall, I wasnt impressed with my time in Casablanca.
