How safe is Seinajoki?

Seinäjoki is a generally safe place. Occasionally, some incidents or crimes do happen, but they are quite rare. Naturally, it’s still important to be cautious, especially when walking alone at night, but serious incidents are uncommon. Overall, Seinäjoki feels like a very secure town. There’s not much reason to fear things like shootings or sexual harassment, although the risk does still exist. For the most part, especially during the day, there’s no real need to feel unsafe. In my personal experience, the few times I’ve faced sexual harassment, it has been from older, ”homeless” individuals who didn’t pose an actual threat to me.

About Me

I’m 18 years old, turning 19 soon, and I don’t have much experience with traveling yet, but I really want to travel a lot in the future. My goal is to explore Europe this summer. Since I’m a student and don’t have a big budget, I’m trying to save money and maybe even find a host to stay with. Either way, my plan is to travel during the summer and hopefully meet new people along the way. I’m a very social and energetic person—I love meeting new people, socializing, and spending time with others. I enjoy running and I’m very sporty; I love doing all kinds of different activities. I’m also calm and down-to-earth, with good common sense. I absolutely love animals. I have cat and dog.❣️
