I liked Naples, I was at a great hotel with a lot of travelers. The only time when I didn't feel safe us when I heard that another woman staying at my hotel was strangled by a robber trying to rob her purse until her male friend came and the robber took off. Nothing happened to me or her except for shock but it made me feel less safe there, especially at night.

The attractions were amazing. Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvius, catacombs, st. Elmo… and they have big discounts for <25

I spent several nights in Naples and traveled to Sorrento and Positano for day trips by train. During the day in Naples, I felt fine, but I definitely did not enjoy walking at night or traveling by train at night due to whistles from men and crowds on the night trains.

By far one of my favorite places. I feel like I belong here. Napoli has my heart. I stayed in centro storico the historic center of Naples , mount Vesuvius was 15 minutes away. What a beautiful walk to see the volcano and the beach . Naples is old and mysterious. The people are kind and wonderful. I met friends I’ll have for a life time. All the beautiful islands are a ferry away. Capri ischia and procida are quite a few that I have visited and are a must to spend time at.
