It is a really very safe city, the local people are very friendly with you. I recommend going to the downtown area and the outskirts of Tyumen. Also, traveling by train is really very safe, it is not noisy, and transportation is really very easy to use.

Tyumen is a safe city, for it is located in the middle of siberia, the war is far from here. The cases of murder or other harassment types are incredibly rare. I never faced any evil upon me in the city

Tyumen is a safe town for everyone. Although I am a foreigner ( I come from Cameroon), I don't feel any sign of racism. If course, some people are curious because they have never seen a black person before, but it's no offense.
