I visited Moscow and really liked it. It has a powerful energy, beautiful architecture, rich history, and a very dynamic city life. I enjoyed walking around, exploring different areas, and feeling the mix of modern lifestyle with classic European-style buildings. A place I would definitely experience again.

honestly it was amazing! i really loved Moscow that time, the atmosphere in august is special. i visited a few museums and enjoyed it, but the best part was just findind random neighborhoods and exploring them. i literally adored the garden and the street where it was located that was next to my hostel and a quiet central neighborhood where i went to the museum. i also love Moscow transportation so much, the subway there is a masterpiece, especially some stations in the downtown

Moscow is very safe for everyone, it's never scary to walk here alone, during the day or even at night. There are a lot of CCTV cameras, you always feel as comfortable and safe as possible here. Recommend it!

Moscow is a very safe city to travel to, regardless of your gender or nationality. The city center stays lively well into the night and almost never sleeps. The metro is exceptionally clean, secure, and operates long hours, with security guards always present at entrances. Cafés, public transport, and other public spaces feel safe as well. There’s extensive CCTV coverage, and police are in the city center, especially near government buildings. You can feel confident that your belongings are...

I’ve been living in Moscow for over seven years now, in all sorts of neighborhoods. During the day, I’ve always felt completely safe, never witnessed anything sketchy or criminal. At night, yeah, you probably shouldn’t go wandering through dark, out-of-the-way areas far from the center, but that’s just basic common sense anywhere. The metro feels safe both day and night, though on weekend evenings you’re pretty likely to run into a fair number of drunk guys on the trains.

Moscow is overall safe! not so many pickpockets (my friends and and I have basically 1-2 cases for all of our lives). You don’t really need to hold onto your bag all the time or think of some additional measures to cope with pickpockets. Just stay aware and don’t leave your belongings anywhere (if you want to save a seat don’t use your phone or bag, a scarf or a hat is okay)). Regarding girl safety, the city centre has lots of people even at night, so it is not so bad! Just stay away from...
