Linz is fairly save. It's not the best but I think its okay. There are just a lot of drunk people and a lot of men out but normaly they don't say anything to you so they leave you alone. In total I think Linz is pretty save, normally there are not very much people going out at night.

Linz is pretty safe but i would not take puplic transport alone at night. I would also not recommend Auwiesen/ Turmstraße or Rudolfstraße at night. The Hauptbahnhof is also safe and nightlife is not dangerous at all
