I'm a French girl who has lived in Toronto on and off for 6 years and with all the politics and economy issue ( cannot find a FT job) I sadly might have to leave the country for good ( heartbroken to say the least). Toronto is such a beautiful city with an amazing atmosphere! I stayed with family in Rosedale during July and the weather was incredible. I never once felt unsafe during my visit, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming!

Solo travel
Modern and clean city with plenty to do during the Summer. Lots of events, concerts, festivals going on for the whole period. Large cosmopolitan city so it's easy to meet people or travel buddies, if you're open to it. Had the most wonderful meal at Alo Bar. Love the amount of ice cream shops too.
