About me

I've had the privilege of traveling to many different places. When I lived out West, we went to Seattle quite a lot, Blaine and Bellingham to do shopping. I've been to New York. I've been to Montreal quite a few times. I've been to Los Angeles quite a few times. I've been to Jamaica twice. Have been to Hawaii Big Island once. I've been to the Bahamas once. And most recently, last year in April and May 2023, I was in Kenya. There is always something to do for any kind of person any day of the week here in Toronto, and I would absolutely love to show you around or give advice. If you do stay at my place or come over, you should know I have 4 cats and my 14 pound service dog. I am in a very convenient location, easy to take public transit downtown, many amenities are within walking distance.

About me

Australian, living in Canada for the last 7 years and doing my first extended solo trip after a hard break up. Had to cancel my wedding 3 weeks before the planned date 🥲 Hoping to experience lots of new things to heal from the old and hopefully have fond memories to bring home. As cheesy as it may sound, I'd like to find myself again and figure out what I really want in life. I will be making my way through Europe, starting in Amsterdam from mid-September and ending in Spain early December.

About me

Hi! My name is Jessica. I’m a solo travel fanatic from Canada and can’t wait for my next adventure. I live meeting new people, seeing new places and trying new things. I’m a long time vegan and I’m always searching for the best vegan spots on my journeys. I’m also a scuba diver! I love the ocean and experiencing the aquatic ecosystem. I also crave the extremities of the desert. I’m forever in awe of the beautiful varieties of cacti that thrive where most things can’t! Essentially, I’m a sister of the world and I can’t wait to see your country and meet you too!

About me

Hi! I’m Suhanna, born and raised in what is now called Toronto. I took my first solo trip in 2018 to Cuba (after having visited previously with friends) and have been enjoying my little solo adventures here and there since. I do occasionally travel with friends but generally plan my own trips and make friends along the way. Wandering, checking out local art and local eats are usually my main activities when traveling. I also enjoy going to out of town music festivals (Osheaga, Sueños, Gov Ball) and am always open to meeting people at them. If it looks like we’re going to cross paths in the same city, feel free to message!

Is Toronto safe for women?

Certain areas can be unsafe. Try to steer clear east of Jarvis st. Also avoid trillium park area, has lots of encampments. Touristy areas are generally pretty safe. The TTC Yonge line is safe to use during evenings.

Downtown Toronto is pretty safe, except because sometimes could be a lot of crazy people out there. But in general, been on the street after hours, use the transport system is safe. The clue is, if you don't bother anyone, no one will bother you
