Hi! My name is Leah, I'm an architect living the good life in Tasmania. I love art and culture just as much as I love unplugging and connecting with nature. I love finding underground scenes, throwing silly parties and my amazing friends here at home. I live at Kingston Beach, near Hobart. If you have a car or want to use the crappy public transport system here, feel free to hit me up about coming down my way and going snorkelling, walking near the beach or going down to the Huon Valley! I might be able to host if you seem like my kind of human. 😊
Ali
Hi lovely humans, my name is Alice but I go by Ali. I am solo traveling overseas for the first time this year and am super keen to make some friends on the way! I am very open minded, down to earth, bubbly and love some banter. I’m down for getting our steps up, eating too much, partying hard, relaxing as we deserve, and everything between! This year a goal of mine is to get over my fear of horses and go on a ride, if anyone can help me with this 💜
Tully

I love to paint, draw, learn languages and gym. As my studies abroad finish up I'm looking for a beautiful way to explore a bit of France and meet some lovely new people before J head home ❤️.

I lived in Perth for about 1.5 years and I still regret not traveling around Australia. Perth is very calm and is frequented by many international students. If you like nightlife, Perth might not be for you. There are many daytime activities and during public holidays, but except for the Northbridge area, many places close early in the evening. During the day, I always felt safe; the Aboriginal people, except for the noise they made, are harmless. But at night you have to be careful, it's better not to walk around alone in the evening, especially in less frequented areas. We lived in a car for about 8 months, with about a month spent sleeping in public areas. Besides being illegal, I advise against sleeping in open areas. Only three times did anyone knock on our door, two of which were police 😅 but the third time was quite scary.
Posted: May 7, 2025Sydney is a super great and beautiful city. It's very easy to travel around on your own. There is great public transport in the cities and you meet new people everywhere. All in all, I can recommend Sydney in Australia to anyone. There is something for everyone.
