About Me

I enjoy reading books, watching movies and TV, getting out in nature, exploring new places, trying new foods and travelling. I enjoy walking and hope to do some hiking on my travels. In the future, I'd love to walk part of the Camino Del Santiago in Spain. I love animals, good conversation, and slow travel. I don't drink alcohol anymore but I'm ok with others drinking around me and I don't smoke. I have so many places and adventures on my bucket list! I'd love to explore Turkey, Egypt, Greece, Vietnam, Cambodia, Canada, South America and Morocco (and so many more). And I'd love to bungee jump, even though it terrifies me!

Noosa Heads, Couple travel

Noosa Heads is such a lovely place. There’s lots of backpackers around and I felt more than safe walking around Hastings street and back to the Airbnb alone at night. The food can be a bit expensive but there are ways to minimise the costs and the beach views make it worth it. Lots of things to do if you enjoy beach life and surfing or even if you enjoy paddle boarding on the river!

About Me

Hi everyone! I have been living here in Tokyo for going on 30 years, so if anyone needs advice or just wants to hang out, hit me up. I’m especially interested in meeting women around my age, who love solo travel, adventure, and just wanna have fun. :) I enjoy travel when I can, have been to 10 or so countries, and want to see more of the world. If there is anything else you would like to know, just ask!

Sydney, Solo travel

I went to Sydney for about a week to join a workshop. Whenever I go to a new country, I tend to go to places where it's specific for a certain personal purpose even if it's not a popular touristy place. To see something that I've had on my wishlist. For example when I was in Sydney for this trip, I took the train to a small suburb to see a mosque that I have been learning about for a couple of years before I even knew I'd be in Sydney one day. I also love to literally walk around a lot (because it's free!) :D

Melbourne, Family travel

I loved my time in Melbourne to the point of wanting to move there one day soon. The theatre, music and art scene was fantastic coming from small town NZ. I really enjoyed Fitzroy and Victoria market too. The food options were great although I maintain NZ does better coffee
