Georgia
Hello, my name is Georgia! Iām a 21yo girl from the small town of Adelaide, South Australia. I have just recently completed my Bachelor of Paramedics! But, before finding a job Iām very excited to do some travel this year :) Iām doing a month or so in Asia with my better half (his name is Ben, also from Adelaide!), and then doing 3 months around Europe before meeting some family in South Africa. Im a massive beach fan, I love love love meeting new people and experiencing new things. Iām currently working behind a bar + at a makeup store (mostly to afford Europe š„¹), but I used to be a full time nanny. Lots of love, Georgia xx

I'll mention first the things that i might be able to share/offer: -I have spent a month in a Vipassana style meditation temple in Thailand and have a daily practice i find very beneficial for anxiety/stress -I also have a (less regular š š) breathwork practice - specifically breathwork that can create an altered state of consciousness that can be very powerful to release negative emotions, trauma, or achieve states of bliss. -I have been practicing yoga for many years and am experienced with yin yoga- specifically myo-fascia release yoga which is not very mainstream yet unfortunately as it's brilliant for pain, posture, flexibility and also the mental benefits.. very relaxing and cozy. -Qualified personal trainer and super passionate about getting women into gyms, whether for powerlifting or for booty gains, both are good goals and movement is medicine either way! -Qualified in Thai massage and happy to share this knowledge or offer a massage - i really also believe in the healing properties of massage after living in Thailand, in the book the body holds a score its mentioned that massage can also help release emotional trauma.. the body and mind is so interesting! š Okay now a bit about me: As an introverted extrovert, I appreciate the balance between community, connection and personal growth. I have a passion for learning, I'm always eager to absorb new skills, ideas, perspectives and cultural experiences like a curious little sponge š§½āØ I consider myself highly sensitive- sometimes that felt like a dirty word growing up, but i consider myself very resilient as well, I'm fascinated by psychology, philosophy, introspection, communication skills and other eastern modalities such as meditation and breathwork. I like to be very active, I've been a weightlifter for years, i dance, do yoga, cycle, and am always excited to try new activities! Embracing a slow š¢ and mindful approach to travel, I relish the opportunity to truly immerse myself in new environments and foster genuine connections with those around me. I look forward to continuing my journey, discovering hidden gems, and sharing my warmth and curiosity with the world.šāļø

Great time in Adelaide! Specially in February with the Adelaide Festival, one of the biggest festival in the world! We never felt unsafe in Adelaide, the food was great with a lot of choices. People were very nice and helpful.
Posted: February 29, 2024I highly recommend visiting the Barossa Valley in the countryside, the Adelaide Hills, McLaren Vale (all of them have amazing vineyards and outstanding culinary opportunities). The area around McLaren Vale also has some of the most beautiful coastlines (Port Willunga/Aldinga Beach). The city of Adelaide is small, beautiful, and easy to get around. If you want to watch an AFL match while staying in Australia, the stadium in Adelaide is smaller and not as overwhelming as those in Melbourne and Sydney. Around East Terrace, there are great shops and dining spots. Peel Street and Leigh are other places not to be missed in Adelaide for atmospheric bars and food lovers. The famous Penfolds winery is also located 10 minutes from the city.
