Statesboro is a college town. There is a lot of drug usage, reckless intoxicated college kids, and your fair share of shootings. Walking alone at night is kind of iffy. I definitely would not feel comfortable being sloppy drunk alone at night or even at the bars. Overall it’s moderately safe

Hi I’m Talia! I’m taking a solo trip to playa del Carmen and I’m really hoping to meet some amazing people and create amazing memories! This is my first solo trip and I’m a little nervous and could definitely use some support and guidance!
