Xalapa is a city full of students, it is supposed to be safe for all of us but like every Mexican city it has a certain amount of crime, you can be robbed at night but nothing too dangerous if you have company, me as a citizen had never experienced anything dangerous in my entire life here and I am a partying person so I'm used to be be out after dark, if you have company and a good plan out everything would be just fine
