There is a little bit of tourism here but there are mostly locals that live here. At night I don’t like to go out alone walking but driving to a store and back is fine. I do get catcalled and looks when walking down the street so that can be uncomfortable
Posted: December 29, 2024This is a small city, you can get to places very easily and fast. Overall, the safety is moderate. There are times when you might not feel completely safe, especially at night, there is some risk to either get robbed or hurt. My advice is to always have some company, or at least share your location with someone when you go out.
