Hermosillo is a place that you don’t want to be alone in the dark and you have to be careful also in Uber and more in public transport. It’s very common that men said something with sexual connotation but it’s not that common for rape.
Posted: July 21, 2025I have never experienced robbery or harassment, but being in Mexico, I do have friends who have experienced harassment. I think it is safe if you know someone from here and are passing through to the United States, for example, but I do not recommend being alone after 6 PM. Unfortunately, women's security here is not efficient.
