Alondra
I've lived here nearly 7 years now(including collage) and I've felt really good. However I must say that when doing any type of activities at time time it's always better to have a friend and at day time it's pretty okay but I always recomendado letting a friend or love one know about you and your whereabouts.

It is okay to go alone during the day in crowded neighborhoods but not until very late. It's a friendly city to walk, it is not very friendly for cycling around, but very few areas of the city have bike lanes.
