The city is kind of divided by the train station. The north part is pretty safe, the majority of schools are here, on the south it is more dangerous and I would not feel safe at all at night. There are factories, and longterm hostels, however that doesn’t necessary mean it’s bad. In the day the city is overall safe, even tho there can be some drunk homeless people but they are harmless. Outsider woman probably won’t feel safe especially at night with big % of minority. But it’s fine, definitely not as bad as many people from Czech Republic think.
