How safe is Preá?

One of the safest places in the Cearà region. No problems here, you can leave your bag on the beach and party without worrying. Theft is very much frowned upon here. It's really very quiet. I like walking at night and there are no worries here. There are only street dogs, they bark but never attack, they like to come and say hello.
