Solo travelling here was amazing. I stayed at a small hotel next to the train station and met up with Couchsurfing people. A woooonderful group of human beings and we instantly clicked. Florence has a lot to offer, many attractions are free to visit and the food is insanely good, even the vegan options ROCK! I always felt safe and it was very easily accessible by train.

Couple travel experience
I went to Firenze last year and it was so beautiful and a nice city. I would recommend it for sure. You can visit awesome museums although keep In mind that in Italyyou have to pay most of the activities. So it can be a bit expensive.

I absolutely love Florence! It was my 2th time visiting and I will come back over and over again. I suggest just getting lost in the city, follow your intuition and you will end up at the most cosy corners, impressive buildings and squares full of music! And you have to go watch the sunset at Piazzale Michelangelo!!!
