I am currently in an apprenticeship to become a real estate agent, and in addition, I work in the hospitality sector at the Semper Opera House. Is Dresden safe for female travelers?
Solo travel
a lot of nice restaurants and stunning view at elbe river. there's not as much of a problem with sexual assault and feeling of unsafety as you would expect. only at night or in the outer skirts it might be a little scary at times. people tend to be a little cold/neutral, and watch out if you're a woman of colour, since the people sometimes tend to be annoyed or even openly racist when you speak foreign languages (e.g. arabic). otherwise still a very beautiful city with great infrastructure and a lot to explore. police is reliable.
