This little city was really charming. I really liked the market and the heart warming cakes. I’ve been welcomed freely by a woman thanks to “Couchsurfing” who was used to travel alone too. I was surprised by her big heart. We talked a lot that night, she gave me confidence with only few words. She prepared me food in advance and offered me a lunch for the next day (even if I was leaving this exact day). She even payed the drink… her kindness was melting my heart. I asked her why did she do all those things for me, and she answered “If only you could know what people gave to me, I have to return the favour.”

It does feel safe. And berlin is not as expensive as I thought, much and more is affordable here and the quality at which food gets sold is very much richer than the price. Overall experience has been excellent.
