I felt safe, but at times I was a bit anxious. I mostly traveled alone, but a relative who lives there had already told me about the most popular and must-see places. 1. Muzeum Narodowe 2. The Royal Lazienki Museum 3. Museum/Palace Wilanow 4. Museum Fryderyka Chopina … I couldn’t quite enjoy the food. There was one place I loved, though, and I visited it multiple times to have pizza: Pizza by the Slice👌🏻
Posted: February 11, 2025We (3 girls) did not feel safe at all. We were visiting for only one day, but that was still enough for us to be assaulted by men 3 times and once we had to report an exhibicionist in a late night bus. Disgusting experience, i trust polish men no more

Warsaw is a safe place for women traveling alone. I travel there very often due to university. It is super easy to get around as public transportation is comfortable and organized. You can download the app Jakdojade to get around Warsaw and you can also buy transportation tickets from there. I always felt safe during the night as well, a part from some drunk men that might approach during the night in the city centre. However, if you just tell them to leave they will leave. It is cheap and there’s many supermarkets named Zabka that sell many quick meal options for cheap.

Super cheap and ate very good. Got a good hostel 30 seconds away to a huge club street. Like 10 minutes from the main area of the city. Enjoyed really cheap fun shots. There was a club named “Havana” nearby. Great club. Wonderful art n very cold. Not a lot of English speakers but can get around easily with just saying Kurwa.
Posted: August 18, 2024I liked Warsaw. This city is so calm. Young generation know English and they are helpful. Food is avarage but I came from Turkey so I may felt that because of the awesomeness of Turkish cuisine. Public transportation is so easy and cheap. If you stay 1 month I recommend you get a 1 month public transportation card
Posted: August 3, 2024I felt very safe in Warsaw; there are many museums to visit and a variety of restaurants. I recommend sushi in the market square. The shopping mall is large and has many interesting stores. It's worth renting a bike and riding it around the city.
Posted: June 7, 2024I went to Warsaw on Christmas eve and despite this I managed to have a good time. There was lots to see and it was very cheap. I felt safe as a woman. I went around to the old quarter and Christmas markets. The food was also delicious.

I felt safe in warsaw and loved walking around. At night I preferred to stay in well-lit areas of course, normally while walking back to my airbnb in the "old town" which is a great area to stay in! My itinerary was taking as many tours as possible, such as the "WW2 in warsaw" free walking tour. I recommend the Pierogis at the restaurant "Restauracja Głodomory Mokotów" just south of a BEAUTIFUL park called Palace on the Isle (Pałac na Wyspie)

I feel safe. Howower Warsaw is a capital city, so little crowded. You must see the museums and parks. I think Public transport little expensive because we were transfer to one bus to another. Old city beautiful in the night. Altough food and wine more expensive old city area
Posted: March 13, 2024Experienced: February, 2024Warsaw is a beautiful city. They have many beautiful parks to walk in, and the "Old Town" is so nice and historical. I ate delicious dumplings and soup there. The transportation system is also easy to use.

Warsaw is a very safe city, I never had any problem there and any person I know. The city is a capital of Poland, with around 1,5 milion people living there. City is well comunicated but a bit overcrowded.

It is safe in general, but at nights in the city center drunk people can try to contact you - to speak to you or ask something, they could be agressive. In the clubs you can be offered to take drugs with strangers. Just be careful at the weekends in the city center, if you are traveling alone
