A good city for tourism, but living here is a bit difficult. There are both good and bad neighborhoods. We treat guests with respect and are always ready to help.

Russia in general it’s a very safe country to visit or to life. I can confirm that I can travel alone, or with friends peacefully everywhere and at anytime, and I’m sure everything’s going to be fine. I’ve been living here for 4 years, and haven’t experience something scary like most of other countries, or like in my home country (Latin America). That’s one of the main reasons I like to life here, I feel very safe
Posted: June 12, 2025Samara is basically an unremarkable city in Russia, it's not particularly interesting to walk here, only if you walk around the old town, and then look at the embankment and the Volga River. The people here are different, they can be responsive and they can also be rude. in general, in order to travel and stay here for 1 day to explore the area in a calm environment, it is a good option, but it is fashionable to live here only if you prefer a quiet life, because in general there is not much crime here, there is almost no garbage on the main streets, but the roads leave much to be desired

Samara

Hey, I'm Lesya! I'm 25 and from Samara. A bit about my life: I'm married and we have a cat. The thing is, I've caught the travel bug – I've already visited two countries, but to be honest, I was a typical tourist, mostly just staying in a hotel. Now I want the real deal: to really connect with the culture, the food, the people, the nature, and the art of the places I visit. But my husband isn't really into traveling. So I'm thinking of just taking matters into my own hands and going on some trips by myself. I mean, life's too short for boring hotel vacations and waiting around, you know? What I do: By education, I'm a master artist, and I actually work as a tattoo artist. I also have a job at a warehouse. What I love: I'm a total foodie, I love going for walks and taking photos, and I'm always trying to learn new things and improve myself.

Hii~ 🪷 My name is Lana and I live in Samara, Russia. I LOVE my city, but I also love being in other places. My favorite type of journeys is to stay as long as possible at a place and just walk around and see how the normal life is happening. I work remotely as a project manager in digital and I'm just starting to explore the planet. My biggest dream is to visit every country in Asia 🏞️ In my daily life I'm a hard worker who enjoins going to the gym, reading books and doing housplanting. Oh, and coffee! It's a ritual 🧘🏻♀️
