Lagos is a pretty city in the south of Portugal. It’s has beautiful beaches, amazing caves and a nice nightlife. Here is always something going on and you can take easily busses to get to other places around Lagos.
Posted: April 17, 2023Lagos is a great town to stay in! Public transportation is very easy to navigate (I’ve taken both bus and train) and the town is very walkable once you’re there! As a solo female I felt safe walking at all times of day, visitors and locals were all very welcoming, and it’s beautiful! Take advantage of the acitivities offered too!
Posted: October 26, 2022Things to do: - Enjoy the street buskers - Visit the beaches (Praia Do Camilo, Praia De Dona Ana) - Enjoy wine - Wake up for sunrise on the harbour - Book a kayak tour to Benagil Cave Safety: No issues and felt safe. Recommendations: Lagos is one of my favorite places I've ever been. Kayaking through caves followed by relaxing on those stunning beaches.
