Is Wroclaw Safe for Solo Female Travelers?

Sharing this 2023 trip as it was the cheapest solo trip I did ! Flight (from Paris) was 30 € total. 9.99€ + 19.99€ (without forgetting the Beauvais shuffle bus that's 30€ as well lol) So a total of 60€ The hostel I stayed at was around 30 euros for two night And food was affordable at restaurants too but I mostly ate at Żabka Since I travelled off season, not much people to meet or hangout with, but I still had a good time alone. January but weather was sunny (I got lucky) Felt extremely safe, as usual in Poland, I highly recommend Wrocław for a short weekend trip. Pretty architecture, cute gnomes to spot, extremely safe and affordable.

The city I fell in love with. Perfect mixture of historical architecture and modernity, quietness and night life, city and nature. I felt 100% safe and it was so surprising to see that even homeless people spoke English and were respectful in asking for money😂

Hiii, so I was in Wrocław last week to celeberate my birthday! It was perry safe, I didnt have any troubles. Only some homless guys was asking me for cigs and stuff. I didnt explore a lot, cuz I went there to hang out with my long distance friends, but I would really recommend a caffe Seoul 97:). I ordered a banana matcha and it was amazing. Well, I spent a lot of money, exspecially for food, but I think it was worth it.:)

Its completely safe here , the transportation are 24/7 and its really effective , the architecture is amazinggg . The activities are not much but its cool like kayaking, aqua park. The food is really nice it has alot of backeries coffee shops etc and some coffe shops make discounts for students .

Wroclaw is a very safe city filled with colors and lots of really nice places. I didn’t feel observed or anything like that at any time, the polish are very respectful, a bit cold harder but that’s all. I didn’t see or heard anything about robbery and stuff like that.

It was a nice time I feel safe . The national Museum was amazing . We spent 4 hours in the museum. There were very kind of interesting paintings and sculpture. There were dwarfs statute on the streets . You can see them different points in the city . There was a lovely moon view 🌙

Wroclaw is such a beautiful city with an incredibly interesting history! Definitively visit the history museum! I loved the atmosphere and felt very safe. The people I met along the way were very nice and generous.

Loved traveling solo to Wrocław! - first solo travel trip, felt very safe - didn’t experience night life but had long days in the Summer - stayed at Korona Hotel Market Square right in the middle of Old Town (~$60/night) - walkable everywhere - public transit very easy to the train and airport using google maps - most people spoke at least a little English - went to the markets in the old town every morning (local vendors selling things until 12pm) - INCREDIBLE pierogi place right under the hotel - spent 4 days, 3 nights and had plenty to do just walking around

Wrocław is a beautiful city. I was there in July and I really liked it. I regret not spending more time there. I highly recommend visiting Ostrów Tumski, the Main Market Square, and the Panorama of the Battle of Racławice Museum and eating at the Milk Bar (delicious food). It's a very underrated city.

I loved Wroclaw. Honestly, my favorite thing was just walking around. I recommend paying attention to the dwarf statues during the walk. Cathedral Island was beautiful and definitely worth a visit. The Wrocław University Museum was really worth visiting, as well as the panorama museum - I am not a war history enthusiast, but the panoramic museum really moved me.

I really like the city and people are often friendly and willing to help even if I don’t speak Polish. I had a few altercations with men, at night and during the day but they usually leave if you talk back to them. I always carry my phone in my back pocket but I’ve never had it stolen, same for my wallet and other personal belongings. I would consider the city safe in terms of robbery and other crimes like this, but be careful of those who look visibly drunk (often older men) as you would anywhere else actually.

Wrocław is rather safe city, although as anywhere we should stay at least a bit causious at night or in highly turistic areas. It is easier to get scamed or mugged at the Old Town. Public transport is mostly safe too.
