Generally, Uzbekistan is very safe country. Street robbery is very rare (happened only twice for whole my life). Women can travel across the cities. Some men can be jerks by catcalling, annoyingly offering their services or products.

I live in Uzbekistan, capital city Tashkent. Tashkent is very beautiful and safe as well as developing city in my country, it's a city center. People are very hospitable and kind, always ready to help.
