Aberdeen is in my opinion a safe city. They have many opportunities of public transport and I never had the felling something would happen. But it is a big city and it can always happen that you meet people that are a bit creepy. For me it happens in other cities more often than here in Aberdeen, I feel at least in the city and in Bieldside really safe.

During the day time it is really pleasant and during the night it’s also really safe if you’re on the main streets. I have been out clubbing and even played hide and seek at 4am with friends in the city and nothing happened. Friday nights can be a bit hectic but it’s relatively a quiet town with not a lot of people unlike bigger cities.
